A: The secretary has the record on all points. If you find a discrepancy or you need to know your points please contact the secretary.

 

 

Q: I have a question about a project that GBP Dothan is having.

A: Our special projects director has all the information about Projects that Dothan GBP is having.

 

Q: I don't know when my dues are due OR I have to pay my dues.

A: All monetary issues are dealt with by the treasurer.The treasurer's information can be found in the 'About Us' page.

 

Q: What do I need to have for my cords and stoles?

 A: Cords require 8 points per semester and 2 Service projects per year. Stoles require 32 points per year and 4 Service Projects per year.

 

 Q: Where is the outside point form?

 A: It can be found in the download sections.

 

 Q: How many points do I earn per event?

 A: 

        1/2 Point Each:

           * For each half-hour of participation in a fund raising which is divided into specific time slots.

           * For bringing refreshment to a meeting.

 

        One Point Each:

           * Participating in fund-raising project.

           * Contributing articles to newsletters, scrapbooks, etc.

           * Independent work for GBP such as addressing newsletter, putting up posters, making phone calls, etc.

 

        Two Points Each:

           * Attending a regular monthly meeting of Gamma Beta Phi.

           * Serving on an active committee.

           * Participating in a service project.

 

        Three Points Each:

           * Serving as a project chairperson.

           * Serving as an active committee chairperson.

           * Attending a state convention.

           * Attending annual induction ceremony.

 

        Four Points Each:

           *Attending a national convention.
