The September meeting will be held in the Harrison room at 2:30P.M. September 19 2010.
*The Item drive for this meeting is items for the House of Ruth.
*There will be an adopt-a-mile after the meeting so wear comfortable shoes

Needed Items for House of Ruth include: *Cookware and cooking utensils *Plastic food storage containers *Flatware *Prepaid phone cards *Unbreakable dinnerware sets(plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, etc.) *Bed Sheets(twin size, white) *Bedspreads(twin, white, washable) *Towlels and wash cloths(white) *Kitchen linens *Pillows *Baby bath tubs *Disposable diapers *Laundry detergent and other cleaning supplies (We were asked during the meeting about used bedding;while used bedding can be donated, please ensure that all donations are in NEW condition.

Welcome Week will be held August 16th-20th. During this week we will be talking to students about Gamma Beta Phi and welcoming them to Troy State University.
*We are responsible for the booth on Tuesday August 17th and we need volunteers from 11AM-1PM and 5PM-6PM
*Troy University is donating some Troy Trojan items
*You can also donate items for the basket and will be awarded points for time and items being donated.

On September 23rd in the Harrison Room GBP Dothan will be hosting a blood drive.
This is an extremely easy way to help out the community and many people's lives. This is also an easy way to receive a service project.

On September 16th we will need two(2) hole watchers from 11:30 to 2:30PM and one(1) hold watcher from 2:30 to 5:30PM.
This will be a service project.
